Connecting Polymarket
Settings → Accounts → Polymarket → Connect, then paste your wallet address. Virgil reads public on-chain activity for that address; it never asks for a private key or a seed phrase, and it cannot move funds. If your positions do not appear, check that the address is the one holding the positions rather than a deposit address.
Connecting Kalshi
Settings → Accounts → Kalshi → Connect, then enter the API key ID and private key generated in your Kalshi account settings. Credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device and are never sent to our servers. Use a read-only key where Kalshi offers one.
My P&L looks wrong
Virgil rebuilds realised P&L from settlement and activity history rather than from the exchange’s own summary figure, so it will not always match a number shown elsewhere. Two known gaps: Kalshi positions exited before a market resolves leave no settlement record and are not yet counted, and markets resolved a long time ago may take a moment to load on first sync. If a specific market looks wrong, email us its title and we will check it.
Subscription, trial and billing
Virgil PRO is $19.99 per month, auto-renewing, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Billing is handled entirely by Apple. To cancel, open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Virgil. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next charge and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restoring a purchase
On a new device, or after reinstalling, tap Restore Purchases at the top right of the subscription screen, or Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that bought the subscription.
Deleting your data
Virgil has no accounts and no login. Disconnecting a data source in Settings removes it from the device. To have the records associated with a wallet address deleted from our backend, email the address to virgil@pier94talent.com.
What Virgil is not
Virgil is a read-only analytics tool. It cannot place, modify or cancel a trade, it does not hold funds, and nothing in it is financial advice. AI-generated commentary is produced automatically and can be incomplete or wrong.
