1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Virgil: Prediction Markets, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Subscription
Virgil PRO is an auto-renewable subscription billed through Apple In-App Purchase. The current price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown in the App and on the App Store before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings. If you cancel, PRO features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for, and access ends when the subscription lapses. There is no free tier beyond the introductory trial.
3. Use of the App
Virgil is a data analytics tool only. It does not facilitate trading, hold funds, or execute transactions. Market data is sourced from third-party platforms for informational purposes only. AI-generated commentary is produced automatically, may be incomplete or wrong, and is not financial advice. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
5. Your Credentials
You are solely responsible for the security of your device and of any API credentials you enter. Kalshi API credentials are stored only on your device, in the iOS Keychain, and are never transmitted to our servers. We recommend using read-only keys where Kalshi offers them. Polymarket wallet addresses are public blockchain data; your on-chain activity is publicly visible whether or not you use Virgil.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the App is owned by Pier94 Talent LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Pier94 Talent LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed, including data retrieved from Polymarket, Kalshi, or any other third party.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pier94 Talent LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any trading losses.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
